The Government apos s basic concerns remains centred on building the infrastructure which is necessary to activate the economic movement in the country. However, these concerns bifurcate to include all sectors, particularly the repatriation of evacuees, grappling with environmental pollution, reforming the administration, the development of outlying areas, and increasing social and health care and educational programmes.
