So yeah, I'm a newspaper cartoonist political cartoonist.

You're really good. You know, the school newspaper needs a new cartoonist, and you should be the cartoonist.

And what can a cartoonist do?

I was launched as a cartoonist.

Garry Trudeau calls himself an investigative cartoonist.

There's nothing I can do as a cartoonist.

Now I have a close friend, Joel Pett, who's the editorial cartoonist for the Lexington Herald Leader.

But, to cut a long story short, I quit school to pursue a career as a cartoonist.

so that each of us explorer, scientist, cartoonist, singer, chef can turn up the lights in their own way.

And I thought, Well, maybe I can break the little glass ceiling of cartooning, and so I did. I became a cartoonist.

So, preaching for freedom of speech is easy here, but as you have seen in contexts of repression or division, again, what can a cartoonist do?
