He thus considers that they have been unreasonably prolonged.

As requests for electoral assistance have grown, existing resources have been unreasonably stretched.

The Commission was urged not to introduce provisions that would unreasonably burden the proceedings.

It is further to be hoped that the threshold of application will not be unreasonably high.

The authors therefore argue that the application of domestic remedies in their case has been unreasonably prolonged.
