Myanmar stated that its authority for assisting other States parties in developing measures to prevent transnational organized crime was as follows

They include 200 corporations, 58 partnerships, 288 individual proprietors, 30 co operatives, and 15 non profits, among others.

The Committee notes with appreciation the efforts being made by the State party to provide more inclusive education for children with disabilities.

4. Resolves that, for the biennium 2002 2003, the amount of 262,653,700 United States dollars gross (235,955,000 dollars net) approved in its resolution 57 288 of 20 December 2002 for the budget of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall be adjusted by the amount of 25,668,500 dollars gross (18,803,200 dollars net) for a total amount of 288,322,200 dollars gross (254,603,800 dollars net).

Since mid December 2004, the World Food Programme (WFP) has distributed some 871 tons of food commodities to 288,993 beneficiaries.

Accordingly, the weighted membership factor is 93,288 points (40 per cent of 233,219), the weighted population factor is 11,611 points (5 per cent) and the weighted contribution factor is 128,270 points (55 per cent).

57 288. Financing of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991

The Committee notes with concern that the main principles of the Convention have not been incorporated in domestic law, in order that it can be directly invoked in the Nigerian courts (art. 2).

By its decision 2004 288, the Economic and Social Council decided that the fourth session of the Forum would be held at United Nations Headquarters from 16 to 27 May 2005.

Taking note of Economic and Social Council decision 2002 288 of 25 July 2002 concerning the enlargement of the Executive Committee of the Programme of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees,
