The proportion of births assisted by skilled attendants increased from 76.8 per cent in 1993 to 86.5 per cent in 1999.

And breeder technology is fast breeders. And that's pretty dangerous.

Over the 1990s, the shares of debt relief, emergency aid and technical assistance in total aid flows have all been increasing.

These constraints relate essentially to their limited access to the technologies, skills, information and knowledge needed to trigger and sustain growth and capability upgrading.

You label them. You do some high tech things here and there, some low tech things here and there.

As noted above, money laundering techniques develop constantly and investigative techniques tend to lag behind.

Development had to be sustainable over time and could only be achieved through the use of modern technologies such as space technology, biotechnology and information technology.

It looks like the technological problem is solved.

So, the technology is there.

But that sounds really techie.

We need some planks immediately.

And just for fun, we put a bunch of technologies on it, to show whether they were kind of rising for the first high peak, or whether they were about to crash into the trough of disillusionment, or rise back in the slope of enlightenment, etc.

So we were left with this idea that we ended up calling technology stew.

10. For technologies not yet fully commercially available, technological factors would be more or less important.

It's a technical tour de force.

There's also been work done with monkeys.

At the same time, it wants to give us things, and what it gives us is basically progress.

The fact was that multinational corporations had the technology, know how, techniques, expertise and markets.

So pervasive has been the role of ICTs that there would be little hope of achieving the MDGs without significant upgrading of ICTs in developing countries.

Recalling decision XI 13 paragraph 7, urging the Parties to adopt methyl bromide recapturing technology where such technology is technically and economically feasible,

Recognizing the need to further reduce methyl bromide emissions in an effort to protect the ozone layer,

They understood it, they embraced the technology and they run with it, and they re successful.

Furthermore, the additional resources will, among other things, be used to obtain a coherent and up to date IT platform and a technical upgrading in connection with the handling of surveillance and investigational tasks, e.g. within the IT and telecommunication areas.

CONACyT's mission is to promote and reinforce scientific development and technological modernization in Mexico through the training of high level human resources, the promotion and maintenance of specific research projects and the dissemination of scientific and technological information.

So, that's a breakthrough.

Technical on board counter measures

And along the way, I'm kind of making papercuttings and adding other techniques.

It could transfer not only financial resources but also knowledge and technology, provide access to new markets and supply, and stimulate the upgrading of the enterprise sector.

However, these are to a very large extent technical matters for which technical solutions can be found.

In fact, this technology's been evolving.
