The Human Rights Committee, acting under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, is of the view that the facts before the Committee reveal violations of articles 6, paragraph 1 7 and 9, paragraph 1, all juncto article 2, paragraph 1 and of article 24, paragraph 1, of the Covenant.

The Human Rights Committee, acting under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, is of the view that the facts before it disclose a violation of article 9, paragraph 3, article 10, paragraph 1, and article 14, paragraphs 3 (c) and 5, of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Issue 4 Exclusive jurisdiction clauses

He claims to be a victim of violations by Sri Lanka of his rights under articles 7, 9, 10, paragraph 1, 14, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), 5, and articles 19, and 2, paragraph 3, of the Covenant on Civil on Civil and Political Rights.

He claims that he and his sons are victims of violations by France of articles 18, paragraph 4 23, paragraph 4 and 24, paragraph 1, of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

It is submitted that she is the victim of violations by Colombia of articles 2, paragraph 3 6, paragraph 1 7 and 14 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

He claims to be a victim of violations by the Republic of Korea of articles 18, paragraph 1, 19, paragraphs 1 and 2, 22, paragraph 1, and 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights ( the Covenant ).

A provision on individual rights should therefore be included in article 1.

The Human Rights Committee, acting under article 5, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol, is of the view that the facts before it disclose a violation of articles 14, paragraphs 1 and 3 (c) and (e) 9, paragraph 1 and 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
