(a) Technical study on cadastral and land information systems for decision makers in selected African countries

In addition to academic exchanges and exploring possibilities of cooperative research, demonstrations of GIS technology and presentations on new achievements were held. The symposia contributed to the development of GIS technology and its application.

The research activities are largely concentrated in (a) the Institute of Flight Mechanics and Space Flight Technology of the Technical University of Braunschweig (IFR TUBS) and (b) the Research Establishment for Applied Science of Wachtberg Werthhoven (FGAN).
