Amendment of the text of article VII of the Pact concerning changes to the decision making mechanism

I would like to introduce the following revisions to the draft resolution.

Revisions have been introduced taking into account as far as possible the structure and content of the initial draft.

These reviews will be followed by a revision of job content and post descriptions.
