The Subcommittee comprises members from academics, NGOs, representatives from relevant public sector agencies.

This six year effort offers a criteria based approach to organizational assessment designed specifically for the public sector.

60. The OECD Public Management Service is conducting a comparative analysis of how ethics and conduct are managed in the public service in selected OECD member States.

It should be emphasized that the phenomenon of lower wages in the private sector than in the public sector only concerns manual workers apos wages, for non manual workers being higher in the private sector.

Originally called institution building it meant improving individual public sector organizations through training and transfer of techniques.
