The Temporary Act on Military Service provides that alternative (labour) service shall be carried out in State labour detachments and in humanitarian and public services.

The draft decree prohibiting the financing of terrorism and the facilitation of terrorist acts makes their commission punishable by sentencing to life imprisonment.

In this context, priority should be given to the elimination of all extreme forms of child labour, such as forced labour, bonded labour and other forms of slavery.

It hopes that the term sale of children is also understood to include children sold into bonded labour.
