Decisions, recommendations and authorizations addressed to member States and international organizations

One such was the scope and the legal consequences of resolutions adopted by international organizations and their role in the formation of international law.

Not a single resolution by an international organization, not a single decision by an international conference, offers a criterion for the delineation of human rights violations.
