22. Owing to the increase in the number of troops and broader area of operation, 6 additional language assistants for the Military Support Unit and one additional language assistant for the Military Observers Support Unit are required in the Office of the Force Commander.

(a) Information Systems Unit

1.1 Increased impact of the embargo through the growing United States involvement in the international economy

Requests are made for (a) reclassification of the post of the head of the Section, (b) creation of a business analyst post and (c) addition of staff in the three units (Cashier, Payments and Accounts).

The increasing number of beneficiaries will affect all three units.

Among them, CSFC will hold an additional 29.2931 million shares of Huaxia Bank. By the end of June, CSFC will increase its shares of Huaxia Bank to 387 million shares, raising its shares of Huaxia Bank from 3.35 to 3.62 .

Paragraphs 59 to 61 of the Secretary General s report demonstrate the increase in workload of the Unit.

According to the estimates of China Merchants Securities, deducted from the shares, CSFC will hold another 38 million shares of Pudong Development Bank in the second quarter and raise its shares to almost 600 million shares, which account for 2.77 of the bank shares.

The Health Service Unit had increased consultations because of the increase in witness arrivals, and, hence, the number of consultants and nurses has increased.

Budget responsibilities have increased, from under 1 million in the 1992 1993 biennium when the post was last reclassified to over 12 million in the 2004 2005 biennium.

In connection with the deployment of additional military contingents and the provision of logistical support for the elections, it is proposed to strengthen the Information Technology Unit by the establishment of 38 additional posts and temporary positions (1 at Mission headquarters and 37 in the field 3 in the western region and 34 in the eastern region), as detailed below.
