99. Older workers are particularly affected by unemployment, especially by long term unemployment.

(d) To the long term unemployed.

Unemployment assistance is granted to unemployed persons who

(i) Were in receipt of unemployment benefits (follow up unemployment assistance) or

(ii) Long term unemployed persons
