According to article 68 of the Law on labor, the collective contract, a book of rules and regulations, and a work contract determine the salaries of employees.

That achievement was a further example of effective partnership at the United Nations.

6. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights devoted its article 23 to, inter alia, the right to work, the right to just and favourable conditions of work, the right to equal pay for equal work and the right to just and favourable remuneration.
