For example, in UNCC claim No. 3011224 the claimant asserted, in addition to her own losses, a salary loss on behalf of her husband.

There are 3,24 claims for C6 Salary in the fourth instalment.

The claimant also seeks compensation for lost personal property, lost wages, and losses associated with his release from prison.

Specifically, the secretariat, in valuing the claimant's D6 (loss of income) claim, incorrectly treated it as a duplicate of the claimant's C6 (salary loss) claim, resulting in an erroneous reduction of the amount of compensation awarded to the claimant for his C6 claim.

Accordingly, the Panel recommends no award of compensation in respect of the salary payments included in the current F3 claim.

C6 Salary claims are for employment related losses such as salary and wages, indemnities and other benefits.

Some of these identifiers are included in the claim form submitted by the claimant the remaining data is taken from the evidence provided by a claimant either in the original claim or in response to claim development notifications.

In twofive of the individual claims identified as potentially overlapping with E4 claims, the Panel considers that the claim wass were not overlapping as the individual claimant was weres claiming losses that were related to the E4 claimant companies but were not overlapping losses (for example, where the individual claimant is seeking compensation for a loss of salary or management fee from the E4 claimant).

Having been informed of the clerical error, the Panel considered the information in respect of the claim and found it to be duplicative.

The Panel has adopted the methodologies established by the category C Panel for this loss type in its First Report.

Pursuant to article 34 of the Rules, notifications were transmitted to each individual claimant requesting additional information in order to assist the Panel in its review of the claims (the claim development process).

15. The First and Second Reports detail the Panel s valuation methodology for claims for wage and salary losses on the C6 quot page

The E4 claims population consists of claims submitted by Kuwaiti private sector corporations and entities, other than oil sector and environmental claims, eligible to file claims under the Commission's Claim Forms for Corporations and Other Entities ( Form E ).

The Panel is of the view that in a late claims programme, there is a risk that third parties not eligible for late filing may attempt to claim their own losses through claimants in this instalment.

These studies were funded through awards for first F4 instalment claim Nos. 5000446 and 5000447.

Further, the available data do not provide a basis for determining what impacts, if any, the presence of refugees might have had on the level of salinity in the plume of effluents referred to in the claim.
