It is our hope that the international community will not fail the people of the Sudan as a whole and of Darfur in particular.

We deplore the violations of the ceasefire that are currently taking place in Darfur and hope that they will cease.

But it is a sign that it is justified to hope and expect that the spirit of Nairobi will affect Darfur.
