In 1993 the decreasing trend in morbidity with tuberculosis has stopped and in 1993 a slight increase has been observed (700 cases more than previously).

In 2001, in FBiH there was one registered case of AIDS, which presents morbidity of 0,04 100.000, while in 2000 there were two registered cases, and the morbidity amounted to 0,08 100.000, and in 1999 there were 4 registered cases of this disease with morbidity of 0,17 100.000.

Broken down by sex, in 1985 the rate for men was 1.1 and for women 0.1, whereas in 1995 the rates were 124.6 and 18.8 respectively.

A significant increase in the incidence of epidemic parotitis was also registered in 2001  an increase of 3.5 times over the level in 2000.

303. These vaccination rates have produced a very considerable reduction in the incidence of the targeted diseases, for no case of poliomyelitis has been notified since 1993 and no case of diphtheria since 1994, and only five cases of neonatal tetanus were notified in 1994.

In 2000, doctors faced an increase in the incidence of epidemic parotitis among children and adolescents in 2001 the incidence of this disease increased by a factor of 3.5 in comparison to the previous year, reaching a level of 288.8 incidents per 100,000 residents.

Incidence rates have remained more consistent over time in the all ages category and in women under 50 years of age.
