Moreover, rule 19 of the rules of procedure states that the Bureau of the Commission is to consist of seven members (i.e. four members from Lists A and C combined, two members from List B and one member from List D, referred to in the annex to General Assembly resolution 1995 (XIX) as amended).

The members, alternate members and representatives accredited to the session of the Board, and those who actually attended, are listed in annex X.

13. A list of the members of the Committee, together with an indication of the duration of their term of office, is contained in annex II to the present report.

Its seven members are to be chosen by the National Assembly on the basis of a list of 10 candidates nominated by the Government.

However, if there is agreement on the nominations for these officers of subsidiary bodies, the whole list of officers may be elected directly by the Conference in plenary session.
