The Military Court of Cassation reduced the sentences of Saleh and Daccache on appeal to five years apos imprisonment.

With regard to the appeal, the authors claim that counsel who represented them before the Court of Appeal failed to consult with them before the appeal hearing, at which the authors were not present.

We are going to appeal this decision to the state Supreme Court.

The written judgement of the Court of Appeal shows that author apos s counsel argued the appeal, even if he did not advance all the grounds that the author would have wanted argued.

2.4 The author appealed the judgement to the Court of Appeal, which affirmed the judgement on 26 June 1997.

The Court of Appeal of Quebec rejected the appeal against the conviction and the Supreme Court of Canada refused the application for leave to appeal against this decision.

In turn, the plaintiff brought an incidental warranty action in appeal against the respondent.

If the delay continues, the person can appeal to the Constitutional Court, which will decide whether the complaint is well founded.

If he does not, the President will direct the Justice Department to appeal the decision.
