And at the time, I wasn't really working on computers.

It was very hard to calculate from first principles. I was stumped.

And I did a little calculation of this.

I think we should be assuming computers for doing the calculating and only doing hand calculations where it really makes sense to teach people that.

Well, the way we've come up with uses computers but doesn't depend on them.

Language can't math me.

We also did a lot of calculation.
