Since then the different Special Rapporteurs have submitted 19 reports to the Commission and 10 reports to the General Assembly, together with a total of 18 addenda.

As planned, the fourth report was preceded by a national report. The second national report, together with the Government's response, was forwarded to the House of Representatives of the States General in 2003.

The Committee welcomes the submission of the State party's initial report, which follows the guidelines for reporting, but regrets that it was submitted more than 10 years late.

Many are now dated 90 were submitted in 2003 43 in 2004, and only seven in 2005.

29. In 1995 (see the second report, para. 12), reports 3 to 9 were submitted to the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD).

By 30 September 2005, the Committee had received 622 reports from Member States and others. This figure includes first reports from 191 Member States, 169 second reports from Member States, 130 third reports from Member States, 101 fourth reports from Member States and 22 fifth reports from Member States.

Armenia has regularly reported under the relevant General Assembly resolutions and has presented its latest reports this year as well.

We call on all States who have not submitted their national reports to do so as soon as possible.

The Committee welcomes the initial report of Albania and the opportunity to establish a dialogue with the State party, but it regrets that the report, due in June 1995, was submitted with an eight year delay.

The timetable for submission of reports was mentioned by many.

Although not a primary function of the preserves, provision of educational services to the general public would be useful.

Twenty eight States had submitted reports in 2004.

While Spain did not submit an Article 7 report in 2000, the report it submitted in 2001 covered calendar year 2000.

The Committee had received 551 reports from Member States and other entities by 31 December 2004. That included the first reports from 191 Member States and six reports from other entities, 160 second reports from Member States and two reports from other entities, 119 third reports from Member States and one report from another entity, and 72 fourth reports from Member States.
