If the claimant wishes to sue the carrier in a port, it will be beneficial to have that option available.

The tools and benefits offered by the use of space would be a key element in meeting those goals.

The Agency also operated one health point and three mother and child health centres which provided a full range of family health services.

The sixtieth session of the First Committee, on disarmament and international security, provides a timely opportunity to address the current crisis besetting our shared non proliferation and disarmament regime.

It could also provide a good model for cooperation that can be replicated in other parts of the world.
