DURATION, EXTENSION AND TERMINATION

Based on an application, the validity of the licenses for manufacturing, trading, collecting or displaying the arms can be prolonged for five years and the license for obtaining the arms can be prolonged for six months.

This amendment was recently extended and is in force until the end of April 2007.

The delay in its entry into force is helping to perpetuate this criminal activity.
