25. During the eight days the Commission was in session, 10 formal meetings and five informal meetings were held.

Otherwise, formal meetings should be limited to the adoption of articles agreed upon by consensus in informal plenary meetings.

Therefore, I would now like to adjourn the formal plenary meeting of the Conference and resume our meeting in an informal format five minutes from now.

Although it was an informal meeting, it nevertheless ended in an unceremonious manner.

A number of official events are being planned which would occur outside the official agenda of the COP.

So I now adjourn the formal plenary and I ask delegates to reconvene in the informal session within three minutes.

The Committee held nine rounds of informal consultations and a number of informal informal consultations to consider proposals that had been put forward during informal consultations.
