They have elaborated, revised and amended relevant legislation.

The bill amending the Money Laundering Act is in the same situation.

The 2004 Manual will be periodically revised to incorporate changes in the law and in its interpretation.

For other States, most amending laws are now in place or well advanced in the legislative process.
