The Tax Administration has worked with representatives of port enterprises on the issue of certification of ports.

The Port Authority of Guam administers the commercial port facilities at Apra Harbour.

At Laem Chabang Seaport, PAT is in charge of port development and provision of common services, while private operators oversee terminal operations.
