Working capital shall be provided from the cash resources of the Fund account.

The remaining balance of 2.7 million was estimated on the basis of UNDCP apos s uneven cash flow pattern, shortfalls and contingencies for unplanned costs.

UNDP neglected to provide funding and technical resources for its own mainstreaming policy, and neither was UNIFEM funding increased in line with its expanded mandate.

After reviewing the cash flow forecast and noting the possibility that some donors might not remit their contributions on time, UNDP recommended that UNFPA invest the maturing funds on a three to six month horizon to ensure its liquidity, as well as to comply with the financial regulations.

And instead of an outflow, you are now getting a net inflow.
