Those who have taken protectors other than Him, are watched over by God. It is not for you to be their guardian.

And Allah is watching those who have chosen supporters besides Him and you are not responsible for them.

And those who have taken to them protectors apart from Him God is Warden over them thou art not a guardian over them.

And those who take Patrons beside Him, Allah is Warden over them, and thou art not over them a trustee.

And as for those who take as Auliya' (guardians, supporters, helpers, protectors, etc.) others besides Him i.e. they take false deities other than Allah (as) protectors, and they worship them Allah is Hafiz (Protector) over them (i.e. takes care of their deeds and will recompense them), and you (O Muhammad SAW) are not a Wakil (guardian or a disposer of their affairs) over them (to protect their deeds, etc.).

As for those who take masters other than Him God is in charge of them, and you are not responsible for them.

Those who have taken others than Him as their protectors beside Him, it is Allah Who oversees them you are no guardian over them.

And as for those who choose protecting friends beside Him, Allah is Warden over them, and thou art in no wise a guardian over them.

As for those who have taken awliya besides Him, Allah is watchful over them, and you are not their keeper.

As for those who take guardians for themselves, other than Him, Allah is the Warden over them. You are not a guardian over them.

And those who take as allies other than Him Allah is yet Guardian over them and you, O Muhammad , are not over them a manager.

God is the guardian of even those who have chosen others (idols) besides Him as their guardians (Muhammad), you will not have to answer for them.

And (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, Allah watches over them, and you have not charge over them.

And as for those who take protectors besides Him, God is watching them and you are not a guardian over them.

And those who take as protectors others besides Him, Allah doth watch over them and thou art not the disposer of their affairs.

They will not avail you in the least against God. Surely the wicked are each other's friends, but God befriends those who fear and follow the right path.

Indeed they cannot benefit you at all against Allah and indeed the unjust are the friends of each other and Allah is the Friend of the pious.

Surely they will not avail thee aught against God. Surely the evildoers are friends one of the other God is the friend of the godfearing.

Verily they cannot avail thee at all against Allah. And verily the wrong doers! friends are they one Unto another. And Allah is the Friend of the God fearing.

Verily, they can avail you nothing against Allah (if He wants to punish you). Verily, the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong doers, etc.) are Auliya' (protectors, helpers, etc.) to one another, but Allah is the Wali (Helper, Protector, etc.) of the Muttaqun (pious see V. 2 2).

They will not help you against God in any way. The wrongdoers are allies of one another, while God is the Protector of the righteous.

Surely they will be of no avail to you against Allah. Indeed the wrong doers are friends of each other, whereas Allah is the friend of the God fearing.

Lo! they can avail thee naught against Allah. And lo! as for the wrong doers, some of them are friends of others and Allah is the Friend of those who ward off (evil).

Indeed they will not avail you in any way against Allah. Indeed the wrongdoers are allies of one another, but Allah is the ally of the Godwary.

Indeed, they will not help you at all against Allah. The harmdoers are guides of each other but Allah is the Guide of the cautious.

Indeed, they will never avail you against Allah at all. And indeed, the wrongdoers are allies of one another but Allah is the protector of the righteous.

They will never be sufficient (protection) for you in place of God. The unjust are each other's friends, but God is the guardian of the pious ones.

Surely they shall not avail you in the least against Allah and surely the unjust are friends of each other, and Allah is the guardian of those who guard (against evil).

They can be of no avail to you against God. The wrongdoers are friends of one another, while the friend of the righteous is God.

They will be of no use to thee in the sight of Allah it is only Wrong doers (that stand as) protectors, one to another but Allah is the Protector of the Righteous.

Well, you are those who pleaded for them in the life of this world but who will plead for them on the Day of Resurrection or be their security?

Pay heed! It is you people who argued on their behalf in the life of this world so who will fight on their behalf with Allah on the Day of Resurrection, or who will be their pleader?

Ha, there you are you have disputed on their behalf in the present life but who will dispute with God on their behalf on the Resurrection Day, or who will be a guardian for them?

Lo! it is ye who have contended for them in the life of the world then who will contend for them with Allah on the Day of Resurrection, or who shall be their champion?

Lo! You are those who have argued for them in the life of this world, but who will argue for them on the Day of Resurrection against Allah, or who will then be their defender?

There you are, arguing on their behalf in the present life, but who will argue with God on their behalf on the Day of Resurrection? Or who will be their representative?

You pleaded on their behalf in this worldly life but who will plead with Allah on their behalf on the Day of Resurrection, or who will be their defender there?

Ho! ye are they who pleaded for them in the life of the world. But who will plead with Allah for them on the Day of Resurrection, or who will then be their defender?

Aha! There you are, pleading for them in the life of this world! But who will plead for them with Allah on the Day of Resurrection, or will be their defender?

There you are, you have argued on their behalf in the worldly life, but who will argue with Allah on their behalf on the Day of Resurrection! Or who will be a guardian for them?

Here you are those who argue on their behalf in this worldly life but who will argue with Allah for them on the Day of Resurrection, or who will then be their representative?

You defend them in this life but who will defend them against God on the Day of Judgment and who will be their attorney?

Behold! you are they who (may) plead for them in this world's life, but who will plead for them with Allah on the resurrection day, or who shall be their protector?

You might argue on their behalf in the life of this world but who will argue on their behalf with God on the Day of Resurrection and who will be their defender?
