It should always ensure that the process is one which is driven by the State concerned and by the key stakeholders within it.

The interests of members of the world community have become more and more interdependent, while civilizations and cultures are drawing closer.

The new Code also includes the basic requirements for the participation of institutional investors and related institutions in corporate governance, and the listed companies in terms of stakeholders, environmental protection and social responsibility, as well as information disclosure and transparency.

They were meant to further common understanding about the key issues of the workshop and to facilitate communication among participants.
