The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of the information technology infrastructure which supports all staff of the service. This includes communications, disaster recovery maintenance, data backup, network administration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

These studies elaborated the programmes that have been underway to rehabilitate and maintain transit infrastructure and to improve the management practices and operations.
