Article 33 of the Law provides

Paragraph 2 of the Article states

The decision fixed three rules for the application of military criminal law.

It further provides that the disposal of hazardous waste must take place in accordance with the conditions and standards defined in the regulation implementing the Act.

5. The process will be separate from, and without prejudice to, the provisions of Article 14.

These provisions will be found in article 554 of the Act.

7.5 Deprivation of Niger nationality

The article further provides that the formation of the Unit shall be promulgated by a decree of the Prime Minister.

The provisions of article 41 entered into force on 28 March 1979 in accordance with paragraph 2 of that article.

The provisions of article 14 entered into force on 3 December 1982 in accordance with paragraph 9 of that article.

Unfortunately, this provision of the Treaty has not been respected.

This article also clearly states that certain rights cannot be suspended.

By contrast, article 18 of the same Act provides as follows

The provisions of the said Law have been incorporated into the Defence Code (articles L. 2342 1 to L.

That provision reflected article 19 on responsibility of States.

General or ad hoc exceptions to article 16 should be dealt with within the context of that provision.

Certain matters relating to the Christian, Jewish and Druze communities are excluded from application of its provisions, in accordance with articles 306, 307 and 308.

The provisions of this Act shall apply to all Syrians, except as excluded under the following two articles.

Having noted the particular nature of the provisions contained in article 16, as distinct from those provided in articles 15 and 17, the Working Group agreed that the title of article 16 should be amended and referred the matter to the drafting group.

57. Support was expressed for the inclusion of article 5, and was pointed out that that provision formed part of a package together with articles 11 and 12 (see para. 3 below).

Article 3 of the Law stipulates that it shall be prohibited to destroy cultural monuments.

Proposals were made for the deletion of the provision, with which the Working Group agreed.

It applies to the framework volume contract and the individual shipments under that contract as specified in article 4.

This article of the Act was found to be in accordance with the Constitution by the Constitutional Court on 15 November 1990.

With respect to article 4, the representative further stated that the provision in the Criminal Code which defined as an offence the incitement to hatred against specific groups had not been altered.

The structure of the provision had been modelled on article 4, its counterpart for natural persons.

The Act does, however, place two limitations on the power of the associations.

Article 13 of the Act stipulates that quot a student shall not leave school until he reaches 16 years of age. quot

The revised provisions of the said Law have been incorporated into the Defence Code (articles L. 1333 1 to L.

It made attendance at the Judicial Academy a pre condition for appointment to any judicial post, and the same applied to State attorneys.

Article 139 of the same Act also defines the administrative penalties applying to any infringement of the Act's provisions.

Attention is drawn to rule 98, which provides that the headings of the rules, which were inserted for reference purposes only, shall be disregarded in the interpretation of the rules.

(c) In accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the Convention, Protocol IV will enter into force on 30 July 1998, that is, six months after the date by which 20 States notified their consent to be bound by it.

However, it was useful that draft article 3 provided that bilateral and regional arrangements would prevail over the general provisions of the instrument.

In accordance with Article 27 of the Constitution which stipulates that all citizens shall have equal status before the law and the government and should, without exception, respect the law and the government, there should be no legislative provisions barring women from voting and from standing for elections for elected positions.

The Affirmative Action (Employment) Act has a provision which penalises any person who contravenes the provisions of the Act.

In addition, article 109 of this law sets forth the obligation to designate internal auditors within banks.

Failure to comply with that article would leave women under the continued domination of men.

Article 16 of the same Decree stipulates that family benefits shall be paid to the mother.

(m) Provide systematic medical examination of detainees within 24 hours of their admission to prison, improve medical care in detention facilities, establish training for medical personnel and transfer all prison medical personnel to the authority of the Ministry of Public Health

Insofar as any of these measures are inconsistent with article 9 of the Covenant, Israel derogates from its obligations under that provision.
