In the amended text submitted by the Secretariat to the Working Group at its forty fourth session, it is provided that  has the right to withdraw the electronic communication in which the input error was made .

We also recall that, in the two variants that were considered by the Working Group at its forty third session, the consequence for errors in electronic communications is stated as a contract  has no legal effect and is not enforceable .
