In that respect, the parties could ask the Tribunal to determine the principles and rules of international law applicable to a delimitation dispute and undertake thereafter to establish the boundary on that basis.

Ethiopia's actions further contravened article 4.14 of the Agreement, which states The parties agree to cooperate with the Commission, its experts and other staff in all respects during the process of delimitation and demarcation .

The Electoral Assistance Division, UNAMSIL and UNDP prepared a long term capacity building project ahead of the 2007 elections that includes delimitation of new electoral constituencies and review and revision of election related laws.

In accordance with paragraph 8 of General Assembly resolution 59 116, the Legal Subcommittee reconvened its Working Group on this item only to consider matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space.

I call on the parties to live up to that Agreement, particularly its article 4, paragraph 15, in which it is stated that the delimitation and demarcation determinations of the Boundary Commission shall be final and binding.

The Commission underlined, in its sixteenth report to the Security Council, that The Commission must conclude by recalling that the line of the boundary was legally and finally determined by its Delimitation Decision of 13 April 2002.

It is our hope that the States of our region will take advantage of that mechanism created to assist the region's coastal States in preparing for maritime delimitation negotiations in accordance with the provisions of the Convention.
