In March 1995 and November 1995 the British National Space Centre (BNSC) continued its discussions with the national space agencies of France (CNES), Germany (DARA), and Italy (ASI) and the European Space Agency (ESA) on harmonisation of debris activities.

In the course of implementing the reform in the Latvian educational system particular attention is focused on the structural alignment of the educational system, its harmonisation with the development trends in education in the world and international treaties that are binding for Latvia, the improvement of the quality of education that would ensure the growth of competitiveness.
