(17) As regards income from selling repurchase securities, it is required to make disclosure of the beginning balance, ending balance and the agreed repurchase price at maturity of each trading place.

This was especially true of over the counter markets for foreign currency, securities, derivatives and repurchase agreements.

The Government recognized that monetary settlements were preferable since they enabled claimants to repurchase lands or assets themselves.

An enterprise's repurchase of the shares under law shall comply with the related conditions and financial treatment measures and be determined by the investors.

(1)The purpose to acquire the said financial assets or undertake the financial liabilities is mainly for selling or repurchase of them in the near future

This assistance should take into account, in the entire subregion, the collection and even repurchase from these former combatants of their small arms and ensure their effective destruction. It is only through such bold action that the international community will help the subregion of West Africa to reduce in the initial stage and in acceptable proportions the supply of weapons in circulation there.
