The ongoing work of the Sub Commission is relevant and important to the work on the right to development and should be integrated into the ongoing activities relating to development and the right to development.

In addition to these elements, the Special Rapporteur willingly endorsed the request of the Sub Commission to devote special attention to matters related to extreme poverty, the right to development and the right to education.

The Chairman of the Sub Commission, in collaboration with the Secretariat, completed the preparation of the draft provisional agenda for the Sub Commission apos s 49th session, item 10 of which was worded as follows quot 10.
