In the magnificent course of the 40 years of reform and opening up, there are thousands of entrepreneurs entrepreneurship and innovation stories, the growth and expansion of entrepreneurs group constantly push the Chinese economy to sail far.

Those in small businesses can't get the capital they need to expand and those in microbusiness can't grow out of them.

Such markets can stimulate investment and encourage new private sector enterprises to emerge and prosper.

41. Incoherence in the formulation of macroeconomic and enterprise specific policies is often more costly for SMEs than for larger enterprises.

Indeed, Asia s growing middle class will transform a region known as a global manufacturing hub into a consumption powerhouse. As demand rises, more and better jobs will be created not only in Asia, but also globally, along supply chains and across production networks.

3. At the core of this vision of the globalized economy is the enterprise whether micro, small, medium or large in scale.

A dialogue which is dominated by the interests of larger firms risks creating policies and strategies which are biased against SMEs.

And in fact, the large corporations, the governments, can't take the risk.

It was pointed out that a provision along the lines of paragraph (1) would result in an enhanced access to lower cost credit for small and medium size enterprises on which often anti assignment clauses were imposed by large enterprises.

This can occur, for example, where private entrepreneurs are prohibited from engaging in economic activities reserved for State monopolies.

Indian SMEs have also played a significant role in this growing OFDI phenomenon.
