The Working Group on the Consultative Process and Working Arrangements of ICSC was established by the Commission at its spring 1997 session in response to a request by the Coordinating Committee for International Staff Unions and Associations of the United Nations (CCISUA), supported by ACC and the Federation of International Civil Servants Associations (FICSA), to review the functioning of the Commission.
