III.4 Other staff costs are estimated at 1,796,900 (before recosting) for 2006 2007.

Included in the 41,200 estimated for utilities, an amount of 1,200 would correspond to the office in Tehran and 3,000 would correspond to the estimated cost of utilities for the new offices.

The cost estimate includes related freight charges, calculated at 12 per cent of the total value ( 15,300).
