Poland is also looking forward to a substantial discussion on the format and scope of the reporting practice.

We must discuss how we want to proceed in order to implement the Millennium Declaration further and in full.

The preambular paragraph also failed to deal adequately with the various causes of vulnerability.

We are prepared to participate fully in the Commission's discussions in 2006.

The deliberations complemented the discussions at the high level segment and contributed to the thematic coherence among the different segments of the Council's session.

That would permit experts to fully participate in and contribute to the discussion, particularly taking into consideration the technical nature of such a discussion and the issues associated with extradition practice.

We look forward to a substantive, well informed and non polemic discussion in February.

It had held discussions with the relevant parties, all of whom had pledged their full cooperation and support.

Let me add three further points that I think are also important to this discussion.

In this regard, UNCTAD's work should be fully integrated into international discussions on migration.
