Northbound Trading Link (NTL), which has seen continuous net inflow of foreign capital, recorded a net capital inflow of RMB 8.7 billion in July, higher than the previous month.

Under the terms of the contract, the caterer will pay to the Organization a fixed commission of 150,000 per year plus annual rent of 509,292 and a further 15 per cent commission on gross revenue earned from catering to non United Nations functions, which is estimated at this stage in the amount of 320,000 annually.

The revised 1998 resource requirements for the Registry amount to 45,441,100 gross ( 42,104,200 net of staff assessment and rental income), reflecting an increase of 1,091,900 gross ( 1,055,600 net of staff assessment and other income) over the 1997 appropriation of 44,349,200 gross ( 41,048,600 net of staff assessment and other income).
