Legal and compliance

The Czech Republic is a party to the Convention, as well as the conventions mentioned in its Articles 1 and 3.

The head of ICA acts as Secretary of the COP and COP MOP the programme assists the President in the planning and organization of sessions of the COP and COP MOP, meetings of the Bureau, and informal high level consultations.

Where the present Convention and a treaty dealing with a specific category of terrorist offence would be applicable in relation to the same act as between States that are parties to both the present Convention and the said treaty, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
