The secretariat developed the CRF Reporter software, as required by decision 18 CP.8.4 Because of the revisions to the reporting guidelines for the LULUCF sector, the CRF Reporter deployed for use by Annex I Parties in submitting the 2005 inventories did not cover the LULUCF sector.
