These projects might be carried out at various levels (including nationally) in order to illustrate the opportunities at different levels.

It should be noted that the General Assembly appropriates funds at a budget section level, not at an individual projects level.

The Special Committee recommends that the selection procedure for quick impact projects be addressed, as much as possible, at the field level, under the control of the Special Representative of the Secretary General.

During full project implementation, the methodological framework will be used to carry out land degradation assessment at different scales.

Work was in hand to establish gender focal points at the ministerial level.

The High level Committee on South South Cooperation considered item 4 of its agenda at its fourth meeting on 1 June 2005.

In particular, 55 were national level environmental protection projects, for which special national environmental protection funds of RMB132.46 million were received 43 were provincial level environmental protection projects for which special provincial environmental funds of RMB12.8 million were received.

UNICEF will continue to incorporate key milestones and deadlines in project charters and high level workplans.

Sub projects directly linked to the activities of umbrella projects and annexes are being approved by circulating the documents among the Project Approval Group to ensure that they are in accordance with the main projects.
