The revised and amended version was distributed to the agencies for further review and reflection, after which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs produced this final version.

In response to references to the Group's draft report that had begun to appear in the media, the Committee issued a press release on 22 July 2004, in which it stressed that the draft report was still under consideration by the Committee.

A preliminary draft of the Constitution has been prepared and is currently being discussed by the Senate.

An initial draft of the paper was sent to experts for review and comments.

In this context, it is stated that Detective Ashman was cross examined at the first trial but that no transcript of the first trial was available at the retrial.

13. A draft report on the work of the session will be prepared for consideration by the AGBM at the session.

The first draft will go through a peer review in late January 2006.

The draft text was reviewed and revised at a meeting of the Working Group in January 1997.

After the fourth rejection, we requested reconsideration of the manuscript, because we strongly suspected that one of the reviewers who had rejected it had a financial conflict of interest in a competing technology.

The word draft was not acceptable since documents submitted to the Commission for consideration could not be in draft form they were already official documents.

The final drafts of both documents are scheduled to be reviewed by the Board of Directors by mid 2005.

10. On 27 February 1998, the chairpersons considered the draft report of their ninth meeting.
