Has the human being not considered that We have created him from a drop of fluid. He is openly quarrelsome.

Does not man see that We have created him from the small seed? Then lo! he is an open disputant.

Does not man see that We created him from a drop. Yet there he is, flagrantly contentious,

Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary!

65. Following the confirmation of these indictments, the Prosecutor has had to respond to the preliminary motions raised by the defence.

In principle, the defence lawyer must be informed of such proceedings and should be able to attend and challenge them.

The Special Rapporteur was informed that the defence lawyers had protested and issued a joint note against the retroactive application of that Decree.

79. After the commencement of trial, the lawyer has a definite adversarial role to play.

They claim to have been the victims of judicial errors and violations of the right to a defence and the principle of adversarial proceedings.

If the acquisition financier registers the notice after the expiration of that period, the acquisition security right is effective against third parties from the time the notice is registered.

59. The reform, which takes elements from both the inquisitorial and the adversarial systems, aims at readjusting the course of the debate in order to reinforce the adversarial principle by reducing the president apos s monopoly of the right to direct proceedings and by strengthening the role of the defence.

Remember you are those who disputed the things you knew so wherefore dispute about things you do not know? And God has the knowledge, while you do not know.

Listen! This was what you argued about of which you have some knowledge why do you then argue about the matter you do not have any knowledge of? And Allah knows whereas you do not know.

Ha, you are the ones who dispute on what you know why then dispute you touching a matter of which you know not anything? God knows, and you know not.

Ah! ye are those who fell to contending respecting that whereof ye had some knowledge, wherefore then should ye contend respecting that whereof ye have no knowledge! And Allah knoweth, and ye know not.

Verily, you are those who have disputed about that of which you have knowledge. Why do you then dispute concerning that which you have no knowledge? It is Allah Who knows, and you know not.
