The pay received did not correspond to the level of remuneration for overtime hours set by collective agreement, or even to the level for regular hours.

(c) Types and minimum amounts of additional remuneration where this is not specifically provided for in the Labour Code

The principle of equal remuneration of men and women for equal work is established in the Wages Act.

Although the report notes that equal remuneration is mandated by law, it provides no information on existing trends of pay parity between men and women.

87. Provisions for the setting up of remuneration tribunals are spelt out in the Shop and Office Ordinance Act No. 19 of 1954.

It provides for that if female workers do the same job as male workers, they are equally paid.

This is how We reward the virtuous.

Even so do We recompense the good doers.

Verily We! in this wise We recompense the well doers.

Verily, thus We reward the Muhsinun (good doers).

This is how We reward the doers of good.

Thus do We reward those that do good.

Thus do We reward the good.

Thus do We reward the virtuous.

As such We recompense those who did good.

Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.

Thus do We reward the righteous ones.

Surely thus do We reward the doers of good.

this is how We reward those who do good.

Thus do We certainly reward the Doers of Good.
