28. At the same meeting, the Commission adopted, as a whole, its report to the General Assembly at its fifty third session.

At its nineteenth session, the Tribunal requested the Meeting of States Parties to consider an adjustment to the maximum annual remuneration of the members of the Tribunal to reflect the revision in the emoluments of members of the Court as decided by the General Assembly.

Report of the Advisory Committee on Post Adjustment Questions on its twenty seventh session

In the light of that decision, at its nineteenth session, the Tribunal requested the Meeting of States Parties to consider an adjustment to the maximum annual remuneration of the members of the Tribunal to reflect the revision in the emoluments of members of the Court .

On 26 July, the Commission adopted as a whole its report to the sixtieth session of the General Assembly.

The Commission noted that ACPAQ was scheduled to hold its twenty second session in September 1998.

For orientation, and to facilitate understanding of the Chairman apos s proposal, annex II sets out a comparison between the restructured agenda and the agenda of the fifty first session, with an indication of how the resolutions adopted at the fifty first session would correspond to the restructured agenda.

Past Assembly sessions, especially the fifty first, witnessed protracted debates on the reform and restructuring of the Security Council.

The working group agreed to request that the Sub Commission allocate two full meetings of three hours each, plus an additional meeting of one hour for adoption of the report, during its 2006 session.

The Commission took note of the availability of the delegation of Australia in New York throughout its fifteenth session.

In other words, we should be able to hold two daily meetings with full services throughout the whole of the session.

As a result of actions taken by the authorities of the United States, the members of the Belarusian parliamentary delegation were not able to take part in the fifty third session of the General Assembly, which seriously hampered the overall work of the official delegation of Belarus at the session.

At the Sub Commission apos s 43rd session, the working group discussed the new consolidated draft declaration and decided to use the session to identify the main areas of dispute.
