Nuclear weapon States should not assume that the indefinite extension of the NPT in 1995 gives them carte blanche to retain nuclear weapons indefinitely.

Restrictions and limitations on rights, which are permitted even in normal times, must be provided for in the provisions of the treaties protecting these rights.

(d) Limitations on the right to strike

The rationale for including the construction period in the total concession period is to encourage the project company to complete the construction works ahead of schedule, so as to benefit from a longer period of concession.

The unlawful restriction of the legitimate rights and freedoms of the individual is inadmissible and persons restricting such rights are held liable for their acts under the law.

9. Article 4 of the Constitution does not expressly impose restrictions on these rights and freedoms as regards their manifestations, but obviously they do not apply without limits.
