ECE A joint ECE UNCTAD Task Force has been created to coordinate activities in enterprise development.

However, the competition policy provisions of these RTAs (like those of most of the other RTAs reviewed below) have not so far been fleshed out through decisions of the councils set up to administer them Like the Euro Mediterranean agreements, the European Union South Africa agreement applies to RBPs only insofar as they may affect trade between the parties.

All the ECE agricultural activities were abolished, except the work on the promotion of the ECE standards for commercial quality of agricultural produce, which became a part of subprogramme 16.7, Trade, industry and enterprise development.

8. The expert from Japan reported on the establishment in 1995 of a Cyber Business Association which aims at the promotion of electronic commerce and cyber business in cooperation with the European Union, the APEC countries and the G.7 countries.

The six regional consultations included Africa, Asia and the Pacific, West Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and North America.

More than 260 children had direct input to the consultations and the study, with 29 children attending the Caribbean Consultation 25 in South Asia 25 in West and Central Africa 22 in North America 30 in Latin America 26 in East Asia and the Pacific 27 in the Middle East and North Africa 24 in Europe and Central Asia and 55 in Eastern and Southern Africa.

Regular consultations are held with the European Union (EU) with a view to coordinating to the maximum extent the ongoing support being provided to the NHRC from the EU and from the United Nations.

The CLP prepared a draft of principles on electronic contracting and also assisted with the EC's initiative to harmonize European contract law by the revision of the Rome Convention.

The European Association of Securities Dealers does not support such differentials but allows flexibility, noting that if they cannot be avoided they should at least be indicated by a different share class (EASD Principles, Recommendation II.2).

Under this agreement, the claimant was responsible for the business relations with Chinese manufacturers while the respondent was responsible for the distribution of the goods in Europe.

The briefings were conducted by experts from the Economic Commission for Europe (ECE), UNESCO, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH).

Internally, Europe should remain both an open society and an open economy. We should fight against the protectionist temptations that would unravel the very foundation of the European project, a project based on the four freedoms free movement of goods, people, services, and capital.
